Head Massage Pressopuncture
Head Massage Pressopuncture
Indian Head Massage includes many pressopuncture manipulation techniques. In fact Tibetan Head Massage, which is a derivation of the Indian Head Massage branch, is a massage modality that consists of pressopuncture techniques and other compression procedures. We described here two simple, yet extremely effective, techniques to fight against headache and toothache.

Jaw Pressopuncture
Place your middle finger on the jaw articulation. There should be a small hole in the bone configuration. Describe small circles with your thumbs. The painful side, (most often the cause is neuralgia), should hurt at light to moderate touch. Massage this with a pressure that keeps the pain at a comfortable level. Descend on the jaw towards the chin about two inches. There should be another painful spot. Massage this spot, on both sides of the jaw, by applying friction in the direction of the jaw articulation.

Clavicle Pressopuncture
Grasp the clavicle between your index and thumb on the side close to the shoulder. Compressing with moderate pressure, glide both fingers along the whole clavicle. Do the same with the other side. Alternatively you can use index and middle finger for this technique.
