Tangerine Oil
(Citrus Reticulata)
Description:
Tangerine Essential Oil smells sweet and mild, and is known to soothe and relax. Tangerine is a wonderful
treatment for insomnia, and topically works well as an antiseptic as well as a
toner for oily skin. Tangerine Essential Oil supports the lymphatic and circulatory
systems.Contra-indications:
Possibly photo toxic, although it has not been demonstrated decisively. Not to be used while pregnant.Thyme
(Thymus vulgaris)
Description:
The medicinal Thyme is an aromatic herb in the mint family. It has strong, herbal spicy-medicinal scent, with a refreshing,
warming feeling. It is a good anti-rheumatic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, aphrodisiac, diuretic and expectorant. It can be an excellent instrument for fighting arthritis, colds, cough, depression, low immunity, fatigue, memory problems, rheumatism, sore throat, stress. Contra-indications:
Thyme oil can be irritating to the skin and should be used cautiously. If you have high blood pressure you also should avoid thyme. Prolonged use should be avoided as toxicity is possible.Vetiver
